Processing Time

We ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Because we process orders quickly, we may not always be able to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United States from Hamilton, Ohio.

If you want your order to be shipped outside of the US, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • The weight of your order
  • The destination address
  • The carrier’s current rates

We regularly review shipping costs to ensure that we offer our customers the most reliable and cost-effective options available.

Carré is pleased to offer Everyday Free Ground Shipping* on orders over $100.00. Orders will ship via UPS Ground and must ship to a physical address (no PO Boxes). UPS Ground typically delivers within 3-5 business days, depending on your location. If your order is time-sensitive, please reach out via chat or email contact@carre.com to discuss your options.

*For Alaska and Hawaii Customers: Shipping via USPS 1st Class to Alaska or Hawaii can take several weeks. If you require faster delivery, we suggest using Priority Mail. Our Everyday Free Ground Shipping offer is not available to customers in Alaska, Hawaii or outside the contiguous US.

Expedited Shipping

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages that occur after the package leaves our facility.

If your package appears lost, we will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.
