We take great care in preparing and packaging each Carré Olive Wood order to ensure your items arrive safely and beautifully.

Processing Time

We ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Because we process orders quickly, we may not always be able to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United States from Hamilton, Ohio.

If you want your order to be shipped outside of the US, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • The weight of your order
  • The destination address
  • The carrier’s current rates

We regularly review shipping costs to ensure that we offer our customers the most reliable and cost-effective options available.

Carré is pleased to offer Everyday Free Ground Shipping* on orders over $100.00. Orders will ship via UPS Ground and must ship to a physical address (no PO Boxes). UPS Ground typically delivers within 3-5 business days, depending on your location. If your order is time-sensitive, please reach out via chat or email carre@city-bazaar.com to discuss your options.

*For Alaska and Hawaii Customers: Shipping via USPS 1st Class to Alaska or Hawaii can take several weeks. If you require faster delivery, we suggest using Priority Mail. Our Everyday Free Ground Shipping offer is not available to customers in Alaska, Hawaii or outside the contiguous US.

Expedited Shipping

If you need your order by a specific date (for an event, gift, or launch), please contact us before placing your order at carre@city-bazaar.com.

We’ll be happy to provide options for express or priority shipping where available.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages that occur after the package leaves our facility.

If your package appears lost, we will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.

Payment Policy

We accept payments exclusively through PayPal on the Carré website. PayPal provides a secure and convenient way to complete your purchase.

When you choose PayPal at checkout, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your payment. Your payment details are processed securely through PayPal’s system. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

3. Payment Confirmation

After completing your payment via PayPal, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase. If there are any issues with processing your payment, we will contact you promptly.

Return & Damages Policy

We take great pride in our handmade Carré Olive Wood products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Our return policy is valid for 15 days after the delivery date. After this 15 day period, we are unable to offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging, accompanied by the packing slip and/or receipt.

Please note that we only offer refunds and do not offer exchanges.

Refunds

For general returns on undamaged goods, the product amount and sales tax will be refunded.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

To return products, please use a trackable and insured shipping method.

City Bazaar is not responsible for return shipping fees, or for items damaged or lost during return transit.

We recommend obtaining a tracking number for your records.

Most returns will process within 1–2 weeks, depending on your method of return.

Additional delays may occur. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Damage Claims

To file a damage claim, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.

A member of our team will respond within 7 business days.

Please note:

All products must be inspected for visible or concealed damage upon delivery.

Damages caused by misuse, neglect, or poor maintenance are not eligible for refund.

For customers outside the U.S, accepted damage claims may be refunded but not replaced.
