Carré Olive Wood offers a 15-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Only refunds are available (no exchanges), and shipping fees are non-refundable. Custom, personalized, sale, or used items are final sale and cannot be returned. Damage claims must be filed within 2 days of delivery with photos.
